Cancellation And Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy

Confiance Hospitality and Travel Management Pvt Ltd is a reservation management and handling company for its associated hotels. We offers a platform to the partner hotels t show their live inventory to the customers and make instant payment and receive instant booking confirmation. Customers are directly book with respective hotels and the cancellation policy is strictly implemented by the partner hotels. Confiance Hospitality and Travel Management Pvt Ltd will not have a common cancellation policy and cancellations are strictly based on the cancellation policy of the partnering hotels. All hotels listed in our website or using our booking platform have clearly mentioned their cancellation policy c in their pages. Customers can read the cancellation policies before they proceed top booking.

How to make a cancellation

We have given five options to cancel a booking.

  1. All cancellation requests can be placed by calling our central reservation office through phone ( 0091-0484-4010702/ 4010703) at our office hours and the cancellation request can be sent via email later.
  2. We have provided an option to send cancellation requests from the hotel pages and this will be answered in 30 minutes.
  3. Customers can send cancellation requests to mail id cancellations@confiancehospitality.com.
  4. Customers can contact the respective hotels for cancel their booking.
  5. Booking cancellation requests can be send t our 24 hours customer support center (00-91-8301097423)
Refund Policy

Confiance Hospitality and Travel Management Pvt Ltd always prefer to refund the cancellations at the earliest. The amount of refund is strictly based on the cancellation policy of each hotels. We will process the refund at the same day and refunds to Indian customers will be credited in 48 hours and refund to overseas customers will be credited in 72 hours.
